If I could kidnap her and have yoga with her every day, she's that good. She has done so much wonders for me personally. I had an injury and when this happened I spoke to her before a lesson, Jackie always compassionately listens and proceeded to adapt the yoga session... my body fells revitalized and energetic after each yoga session with her. Jackie will take you to pure mediation relaxation during a yoga session and will adapt and accommodate to the group or individual needs of different people whether you are a beginner or experienced !!!
