The purpose of this class is to support your body, reduce inflammation and uplift your mind with a flowing yoga practice.  Subsequently, a discovery of strength, discipline and relaxation to boost your immune system, and peace of mind.

In essence, a yoga practice to honour and celebrate you.

My passion is helping my community boost their immune system.

When your immune system is compromised, it can be challenging to ward off colds, flu and illness. 

Along with healthy eating and hydration. Yoga supports your child’s mind-body and starts them on the journey of lowering their stress responses.

Yoga is the union between body, mind and spirit. So the benefits of yoga are not just only practiced on the mat, but together how we learn how to take yoga into our daily life.

Anusara means ‘to flow with grace.  Using the principles of alignment to ground and uplift you to build strength in mind, and body allows you to find resilience in times of uncertainty. 

With this purpose in mind, it helps you to thrive and accomplish your daily life goals with direction and clarity.  You may come up against fear on or off the mat however, it is how we respond that makes the difference. 

Therefore we look at how you move with your breath to find strength and stillness.  Consequently, looking at how to bring this practice to your daily lives.
