Excellent Health, Well-being, Relaxing Yoga
I attended Jacqueline’s New to yoga class. There are a few reasons which sparked me off to do the course as a form or self care. I suffer with arthritis of my spine, knees and ankles. I have been messed about with hospital appointments prior to and during the Covid 19.

The pace was very good, instructions clear and concise relaxation clearly helped to replace my negative thoughts with positive ways of thinking the words used prior to the actual relaxation . “I am calm, l am healing, I am hopeful”. Mean’t a great deal to me.
I found attending both jacqueline’s New to Yoga and her regular classes very beneficial I learn a new pose every time I must also add whether you are a new student, a long term student or a family member, Jacqueline’s classes are all professionally run with kindness and understanding.
At the end of the secession I had the opportunity to ask questions and to discussed my feelings. Due to the lockdown I have been experiencing bad dreams and developed some negative thoughts.
I am extremely grateful to Jacqueline for allowing me to share Yoga with her.
